The right price: When you buy a property there is always a risk of paying too much. Most buyers increase that risk by negotiating directly with a Real Estate Agent who is trying to get the best possible deal for the seller. (Maybe they should be called Sellers’ Agents!) Sometimes it is desirable to protect the buyer from making impulsive or emotional decisions. Other times it is simply a matter of utilising a professional negotiator who has specific expertise and is frequently buying property.
